Luxury and Comfort

Local materials have been used to create an original house in country-chic style with a sense of luxury you can afford and daily use comfort and functionality provisions. It consists of two double bedrooms (one of them can be rearranged as a twin) and a single one. There are also two bathrooms with free toiletries –one of them with a shower cabin, and a large relaxation area with two bed sofas which can provide additional sleeping space. This lounge has also a fireplace and a bunch of historical, architectural and literature interest books, along with a mini bar to spend some quality time.  Guests share common access to all public spaces of the house including a well equipped kitchen –electric appliances are provided, and a relaxation garden patio along with a large outside terrace with a dining table.

Kindly note that this is a non smoking property.

Location is special within a calm setting of olive groves and panoramic views of the Pelion Mountains but just 500 meters down to a sandy beach.  It is only a minutes’ walk to the village’s main beachfront boulevard with taverns, coffee shops, amenities stores and a pharmacy in case of emergency, while it is 5’ away by car from the local public mooring if you are a boat owner.  Easy to spot and accessible by car with plenty of parking space just outside this property offers transportation convenience both from Volos city and to other destinations such as the Sporadic Islands, Plastira Lake or the the world known Meteora Monastery Complex.

Kala Nera –it actually means ‘clear water’, is one of the 25 villages dotted throughout Pelion peninsula map. Situated 18klm from the port city of Volos next to the Pagasetic Gulf it has been a popular tourist destination for Greek visitors during the 80’s. It is less known outside Greece and well suited for families and groups wanting something more than the classic beach holiday caged in faceless resorts. A shopping or a night  walk in the city of Volos, home of Argonauts is worthwhile and there are regular bus servicew linking the village to the city. Although some of Greece’s most famous beaches do lie at the foot of Pelion at approximately 30’ drive, it is also possible to do horse riding, mountain biking, sailing etc. This place, full of myths, is best known for the many forested paths enjoyed by hikers who return regularly throughout the year. There are beautiful walking paths close by not to be missed and visits to local churches and the famous Miniature Train!

We offer a ‘trip planning’ discussion for guests interested in organised and guided activities but many guests already plan their time so interaction depends on guest needs.

Homemade breakfast can be provided on request for a small additional charge.
With some advanced notice we can provide guided tours & activities as follows:
-Walking on cobbled built paths of Pelion

My partner and I ended up staying at Dimitri’s place two times (sandwiching a trip to the Greek Isles) and could not have been happier either time.

Dimitri çok iyi bir ev sahibi. Eve girişimizde de bizi bilgilendirmesiye ilgili de hiç sorun yaşamadık.Sorduğumuz sorulara çok hızlı

Camille Pinsard

Je reviens de deux semaines de bonheur en Grèce avec mon copain et cette première semaine à Athens chez Dimitris fût simplement parfaite.

We just came back from a brief stay in Agape House in Kale Nera in Pelion. I wanted to spend a few days with my family exploring Pelio and Agape House proved to be a great choice.

Herman Peters

After having had a good flight and arriving at Volos airport, it was an one hour drive to Agape, Kala Nera. Immediately a very good welcome with the owner: a short tour

Dmitrii Kolosov

В доме удобная гостинная, быстрый интернет, множество техники и кухня со всеми необходимыми принадлежностями. Есть даже такие мелочи, как настольные игры.
